Account and workspace responsibilities
You are responsible for the users, companies, invoices, and settings in your workspace. Keep credentials secure, invite only authorized users, and make sure workspace billing and contact details stay accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not use ZipOS to harm the service, other users, or third parties.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Do not use invoices, portal links, emails, or payment flows for fraud, spam, or misrepresentation.
- Do not bypass subscription limits, entitlement checks, or security controls.
Customer data
You keep ownership of the business data you enter into ZipOS. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, and support that data as part of operating the service.
Plans, billing, and limits
Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout or in the app. Plan limits apply to workspace usage. If a workspace exceeds a limit after downgrade or cancellation, existing data remains available, but new actions may be blocked until usage falls below the limit or the workspace upgrades.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep ZipOS reliable and secure, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or security events. We may update features, plans, and policies as the suite grows.
